Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that polyester toner is prepared using amorphous polyester resin and crystallization polyester resin, plasticization occurs when combining the amorphous resin and crystallization resin in such a blending composition, with a result that the glass transition temperature of toner decreases, and the glass transition temperature of obtained toner decreases to or below temperature in an electrophotographic apparatus/device, which may cause an image defect as a result.SOLUTION: A binder resin system contains amorphous resin, crystalline resin, and fatty acid salt. Plasticization is reduced by the presence of fatty acid salt. In other cases, such plasticization occurs when amorphous resin and crystallization resin are combined. As a result of this, the glass transition temperatures of the binder resin and an arbitrary toner produced together with the binder resin increase. The toner produced together with the binder resin also contains arbitrarily selected components (arbitrarily selected colorant, arbitrarily selected wax and a combination thereof). |
