Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane pump that includes an air passage with an air groove to cause less clogging as compared with a conventional device including an air passage with a through hole, thereby reducing the area of a flow passage, and preventing air from being sucked into a pump chamber from the air passage as much as possible, while preventing an increase in drive torque of an engine.SOLUTION: A lubricant supplied to a vane pump 1 is supplied to the pump chamber 2A through an axial oil supply hole 11a, a diametric oil supply hole 11b and an axial oil supply groove 11c of an oil supply passage 11. The air passage 13 is formed on the outer periphery face of the axial part 3B of a rotor 3 and includes an air groove 13a whose one end communicates with an external space and the other end of the air groove is intermittently overlapped with the axial oil supply groove 11c by rotation of the rotor. |
