Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion gate capable of preventing a guide rail from interfering with traffic when a man, a bicycle, or a wheelchair user passes through the open expansion gate.SOLUTION: An expansion gate comprises a door body 2 that is retractably opened or closed between a suspension base part 10 and a door stop part 12, a wheel 13 that is arranged under a door body 2, and a guide rail 14 that is laid on the ground for guiding the wheel 13 running in the opening or closing direction. The guide rail 14 is not present at a predetermined spacing W between a door stop column standing at the door stop part 12 and a point remote therefrom toward the suspension base part 10 side.
