Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve minimization of restrictions in the production method of a prepreg sheet.SOLUTION: This method for producing a prepreg sheet comprises: forming a coating film by applying varnish obtained by dispersing a thermosetting resin in an organic solvent, on a belt-like film, on the surface of which mold-release treatment has been made; turning the side formed of the coating film upward; and passing the film through a horizontal drying oven to vaporize and remove the organic solvent. After forming the coating film and before the introduction of the coating film into the horizontal drying oven, a fibrous sheet is superposed on the coating film, and the fibrous sheet in a state impregnated with the varnish is passed through the horizontal drying oven so as to prepare the prepreg sheet in which the thermosetting resin is carried by the fibrous sheet.
