PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water producing apparatus having piping clogging prevention function for preventing piping from being clogged due to recrystallization of electrolyte or the like.SOLUTION: In the electrolytic water producing apparatus DS having a function of preventing the piping from being clogged due to the electrolyte, a saturated electrolyte solution WX is circulated to an electrolyte dissolving tank 10 together with raw water CW through a circulation flow path PD by means of a metering pump 13, the raw water CW remaining in the flow path or/and the saturated electrolyte solution WX is fed into the electrolyte dissolving tank 10 through the circulation flow path PD, and a flow path constituting a feed line Y of saturated electrolyte is cleaned and the clogging of piping due to recrystallization or the like of the electrolyte is prevented.
