Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound probing device and ultrasound probing method capable of correctly probing presence/absence of grout filling inside a sheath even in various aspects of PC structures.SOLUTION: The ultrasound probing device including a pair of probes 110 is used, and the probes 110 arranged at a probe interval a are moved in a longitudinal direction L of each measurement object sheath 210 on a concrete surface 201 in the immediately upper part of the sheath. Reception waves recorded by a reception probe 112 are averaged in a time sequential area, so as to calculate an addition average wave G(t). A segmentation wave segmented by multiplying the addition average wave G(t) by a TGC(t) function is fourier-transformed, so as to calculate a corresponding spectrum FA(f). Then, whether the measurement object sheath 210 is a perfect filled sheath or an imperfect filled sheath is determined by how a spectrum is generated in the neighborhood of a predetermined vibration frequency f concerning a maximum display spectrum of the spectrum FA(f).
