Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device supplying cold water to a water cooler 17 cooling the inside of a constant-temperature and constant-humidity chamber 10 and stabilizing temperature and humidity in the constant-temperature and constant-humidity chamber 10 by stabilizing the temperature of the cold water supplied to the water cooler 17.SOLUTION: A cushion tank 34 for supplying the cold water to the water cooler 17 is provided between an ice storage tank 23 with heat stored by a refrigerating machine 30 and the water cooler 17. A distribution ratio of reflux water refluxed to the cushion tank 34 and the ice storage tank 23 is controlled by a second three way valve 38 so that water temperature of the cushion tank 34 becomes a setting temperature.
