Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry vacuum pump device including a multi-stage root type dry vacuum pump, capable of being miniaturized over the whole thereof by cutting the heat to be transmitted from a pump of the multi-stage root type dry pump to a motor casing, simplifying the structure of a cooling mechanism for cooling the motor to miniaturize the motor, and devising the connecting structure of divided bodies of a rotor casing of the pump to miniaturize the pump section.SOLUTION: In this dry vacuum pump device including the pump P, which includes the multi-stage root type dry vacuum pump, and a motor M, which drives the pump P, the motor M is integrally connected to the pump P including the multi-stage root type dry vacuum pump through a flange 31, and a liquid coolant pipe 32 structuring a liquid coolant flow passage, in which the liquid coolant flows, is provided in the flange 31.
