Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic control system for an in-vehicle machine that prevents unexpected activation of an in-vehicle machine and reduces power consumption and a vehicle equipped with the system.SOLUTION: The automatic control system for an in-vehicle machine has a mobile device (14) that a user can carry, an in-vehicle unit (12) that is loaded onto a vehicle (10) and can communicate with the mobile device (14), and a control section (30) that controls the activation of the in-vehicle machine (19) loaded onto the vehicle (10) based on the communication results between the in-vehicle unit (12) and the mobile device (14). If the control section (30) determines that the activation conditions for activating the in-vehicle machine (19) are satisfied based on the communication results, it activates the in-vehicle machine (19). If the activation conditions are repeatedly satisfied, the activated in-vehicle machine (19) is stopped based on how many times activation conditions are satisfied.
