The joint metal fitting 1 includes a metal fitting body 2 in plate shape, which has a bolt insertion hole 4, and a plurality of anchor bars 3 to be fixed to the metal fitting body 2. A plurality of female screws 5 are provided extending in the thickness direction of the metal fitting body 2 in the metal fitting body 2, and a male screw 6 to be screwed to the female screw 5 is provided in the end of the anchor bar 3.
