Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a porous body of an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer having a hydrophilated surface including excellent filtration performance and having high heat-resistance.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the hydrophilated ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer porous body having the surface in which a contact angle with water is 70° or less includes step (A) for obtaining a solution by dissolving the ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer including a repeating unit based on ethylene and a repeating unit based on tetrafluoroethylene and a hydrophilic polymer in a solvent capable of dissolving the ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer at 300°C or lower at a temperature of 300°C or lower and a phase separation temperature or higher of the obtained solution, step (B) for creating a molded article by molding the solution at a temperature of 300°C or lower and a phase separation temperature or higher of the solution, and step (C) for coagulating the ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer and the hydrophilic polymer by cooling the molded article at a temperature of the phase separation temperature or higher of the solution to a temperature of the phase separation temperature or lower of the solution.
