Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which excellently prevents color transferring, spreads well when applied, and gives excellent uniformity of a cosmetic film and stability over a period of time.SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic is characterized by containing following components: (a) an esterified product of dextrin and fatty acid; (b) an oil agent; and (c) a powder; wherein the amount of the component (a) is 0.1-20 mass% and the amount of silicone oil in the component (b) is 20-80 mass%.
