Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize tension of a plurality of cables by enabling tension of optional cable in the plurality of cables to be measured.SOLUTION: The steps implemented for the plurality of hanging cables 12, includes: displacing a plurality of grippers 55 to a position where the grippers 55 are not engaged with a plurality of gripper engaging sections 52B by a gripper plate 54, while the plurality of hanging cables 12 are held by a plurality of grippers 45; inserting optional one of the hanging cables 12 into a gripper 70 for adjusting tension, by arranging the gripper 70 for adjusting tension in optional gripper engaging section 62B; and increasing pressure of a hydraulic jack 30 until a predetermined value is measured by a load cell 64, and decreasing pressure when the predetermined value is measured by the load cell 64.
