Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct device for an air-conditioner in a cabin capable of easily maintaining the strength of a stay and ensuring the requested duct opening area, and eliminating the calking of the stay.SOLUTION: In a cabin (C) mounted on a vehicle body (T) while an air-conditioner body (A) for indoor air-conditioning is disposed below a driver's seat (S), there is provided a duct body (24) of a hollow cylindrical structure which is constituted separate from a stay (3) forming a skeleton (1) of the cabin (C), and forms an air flow passage (25) therein. The duct body (24) has a stay engaging face (24a) to be mounted on its outer face along an outer face on the indoor side of the stay (3), and is provided with a duct connection port (28) to the air-conditioner body (A) on its lower part. The stay engaging face (24a) is engaged and mounted along the outer face of the stay (3).
