SCREEN PRINTING DEVICE AND SCREEN PRINTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for screen printing which allows simultaneous screen printing for substrates of various kinds without any complex substrate supply system.SOLUTION: A screen printing device comprises two screen printers 11A and 11B each having: a substrate carry-in part 12 into which a substrate 4 is carried from the upstream of a component mounting line 3; a printing execution part 13 to execute printing on the substrate 4 carried in; a substrate carry-out part 14 for carrying out the substrate 4 on which the printing has been executed to the downstream; a substrate moving stage 15 for receiving the carried-in substrate 4, determining the position of the substrate 4 in relation to the printing execution part 13, and moving the substrate 4 on which printing has been executed to the substrate carry-out part 14. The two substrate carry-in parts 12, the two printing execution parts 13, and the two substrate carry-out parts 14 are respectively provided at positions symmetrical to the vertical-symmetry plane S extending in the conveyance direction of the substrate 4 along the component mounting line 3, and the printing execution parts 13 are provided at positions more distant from the vertical-symmetry plane S than the substrate carry-out parts 14.
