PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input support device, an input support method and a program, capable of improving the convenience of a user when the user performs input by handwriting.SOLUTION: The input support device supports handwriting input by the user using an input device which enables the user to performs input by handwriting to a desk upper surface or a paper medium mounted on the desk upper surface. The input support device includes: a detection part for detecting one or both of position information indicating the position of the user and posture information indicating the posture of the user as human state information indicating a state related to the body of the user; a state estimation part for estimating the states of one, two or more users on the basis of the human state information detected by the detection part; a presentation information determination part for determining presentation information indicating contents to be presented to one, two or more users on the basis of the states of the users estimated by the state estimation part; and an information presentation part for presenting the contents indicated by the presentation information determined in the presentation information determination part to the users.
