SCHEDULE CREATION METHOD AND SCHEDULE CREATION PROGRAM AND SCHEDULE CREATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely reduce orders behind the term of delivery, and to efficiently and quickly create a schedule in case of creating a schedule by a set operator.SOLUTION: In a computer, preliminarily applied basic information (information relating to an order, information relating to a facility, information relating to a manufacturing route, information relating to processing time, information relating to an operator time zone, information relating to operator's handling with facility, information relating to operation personnel, and information relating to a period of time) is registered in a storage part (STEP1). The processing time of each process of every order is piled up as loads on each facility and operator by every unit of a period of time with all operator patterns fulfilling operation personnel (STEP2). Then, one of the operator patterns whose evaluation becomes the most satisfactory is determined based on the result of piling-up of the loads of each operator pattern (STEP3). A schedule is created based on the determined most satisfactory operator pattern (STEP4), and output to an output part (STEP5).
