Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional refractive-index measurement method including a destructive inspection, usage of toxic materials and no availability other than on a flat surface, while a glass member and a plastic member require an accurately measured refractive-index distribution for their quality stability.SOLUTION: According to an interference signal obtained by a light sensor, the respective distances are measured between a standard reflective surface without an object to be inspected, a front face of the object to be inspected, a rear face of the object to be inspected, and at least one of the standard reflective surface after transmitting the object to be inspected and the standard reflective surface reflected with parallel light converged before the object to be inspected. A refractive-index of the object to be inspected is calculated based on the measured distances. |
