MAT FOR PAN IN ROASTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for a pan in a roaster which can absorb and holding a dropping oil content without retaining and without firing the oil content and can roast a fish to beautiful brown when the fish is roasted in a roaster such as a gas range.SOLUTION: The mat for the pan is formed by forming a sheet-like material 1 made by laminating aluminum foils 1b on the upper surface of a paper material 1a into a cross-sectional wave shape in which valleys 10 and mountains 11 are alternately continued, overlapping the sheet-like material 1 on the upper surface of an oil absorbent sheet material 2 including the paper material and bonding the valleys 10 to the oil absorbent sheet material 2. When the fish is roasted, the dropping oil content is led to the oil absorbent sheet material 2 from both end opening parts 10a, 10a of the valleys 10 through the inside of the valleys 10 and absorbed and infrared ray is reflected from the aluminum foil 1b while preventing the dropping oil content from firing by a low temperature atmosphere in the lower side space part of the mountains 11 to cook the fish to beautiful brown.
