Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-transfer tube which can be assembled to fins by a bonding method of maintaining better thermal contact between the fins and the heat-transfer tube without impairing a function of a hydrophilic film or water-repellent film of a pre-coat fin, to provide a fin-and-tube type heat exchanger using the heat-transfer tube, and to provide a manufacturing method for the fin-and-tube type heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A film layer made of an adhesive resin having a melting point of 100 to 200°C is formed on the outer surface of a flat multi-hole tube 14 made of an aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The adhesive resin fills a gap between the flat multi-hole tube 14 and the inner surface of an attachment hole 16 of the fin 12 made of an aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and bonds the multi-hole tube 14 and the inner surface together. In this manner, the fin-and-tube type heat exchanger 10 is constructed. |
