Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device that can be controlled appropriately according to a passing object.SOLUTION: In an opening and closing device designed to open and shut an opening through which a passing object passes with a closing body 10, at least two object detecting sensors A and B capable of detecting a passing object are arranged parallel to the passing direction of the passing object. If at least two of the object detecting sensors A and B are in the sensing state together for a predetermined time or longer, a predetermined control is performed.
