Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking sheet that is easily stored while the folded or balled up state of its sheet body is kept.SOLUTION: The cooking sheet 1 includes a stretchable and foldaway sheet body 10 composed of folding parts 12a, 12b and 12c. A projection portion 14 which is formed with an opening 16 projects from the folding part 12c and part of the circumference of the sheet body 10 is formed with a belt portion 17. When storing the cooking sheet 1, first, the sheet body 10 is folded in three so that the folding parts 12a, 12b and 12c may overlap each other; next, the sheet body 10 is balled up toward the belt portion 17; and finally the belt portion 17 is laid on the balled up sheet body 10. This causes the belt portion 17 to keep the balled up state of the sheet body 10 and makes it easy to store the cooking sheet 1.
