Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a drop in the performance of a fuel battery in a situation where the performance of the fuel battery tends to drop.SOLUTION: A vehicle includes an accelerator sensor 35 which includes a fuel battery which supplies power to a driving motor and detects an accelerator opening rate of the vehicle, and a control part 50 which controls an output voltage from the fuel battery in correspondence to the accelerator opening rate and calculates a performance index indicative of the output performance of the fuel battery. The control part 50 carries out response easing control for slowing down the response of the output voltage from the fuel battery to a change in the accelerator opening rate as the output performance indicated by the performance index gets lower.
