Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery system for electric movable bodies or the like wherein a battery is easily replaced and is efficiently used.SOLUTION: The storage battery system includes a battery housing part having multiple slots in which a battery can be detachably housed, a connection circuit 1e for varying the relation of connection of each battery B housed in the slots 1c by switches SW1, SW2, and a control part 1d that controls the switches SW1, SW2 placed in the connection circuit 1e to control the relation of connection in the connection circuit 1e. The control part 1d determines the compatibility of each battery B housed in the slots 1c and controls the relation of connection in the connection circuit 1e to prohibit use of a battery B determined to be incompatible, if any.
