Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor that suppresses a rise in ESL characteristics by preventing an adhesive from peeling even when a terminal plate comprising a capacitor element and a thin metal are bonded together with a conductive adhesive as well as having a short current path and excellent transient response.SOLUTION: An anode lead-out part 13 and a cathode lead-out part 14 are coated with the conductive adhesive 30, and the capacitor element 10 is bonded to an anode electrode part 21 and a cathode electrode part 22 of a terminal plate 20. Insulating resin 31 such as epoxy region is filled in gaps between the anode lead-out part 13 and cathode lead-out part 14 of the capacitor element 10, and the electrode parts 21 and 22 of the terminal plate 20. |
