Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve desired element characteristics by preventing an organic compound from being mixed into adjacent pixel regions without causing a gap between an insulating layer and a vapor-deposition mask or a substrateeven when warpage occurs in the vapor-deposition mask or the substrate itself.SOLUTION: An organic EL display device includes: each lower electrode 15 formed on a substrate 11; an insulating layer 16 for covering a part of each lower electrode; an organic compound layer for covering each lower electrode in each pixel opening of the insulating layer 16; and each upper electrode for covering the organic compound layer. The insulating layer comprises: an insulating layer 16 for specifying a region that specifies the pixel opening; and an insulating layer 17 for specifying an upwardly-protruding region. The width of the insulating layer 17 in the upwardly-protruding region is changed in a surface direction of the substrate and the height of the insulating layer 17 in the upwardly-protruding region is sequentially changed to form the insulating layer. |
