Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend a content on which user's taste is truly reflected, on the basis of features extracted from a user's tendency of daily action.SOLUTION: A PC 100 constructs a personal meta DB on the basis of a plurality of pieces of low-order meta information extracted from a still image or a moving image and high-order meta information derived from respective pieces of low-order meta information and selects optional personal feature information of the user from the personal meta information DB and transmits this selected information to a server 200. The server 200 extracts personal feature information similar to the received personal feature information from a multiuser statistics meta DB constructed by statistical processing of personal meta DBs of other PCs 150 and selects content information indicating a commodity or a service to be recommended, which is relevant to the personal feature information, and transmits the selected content information to the PC 100.
