Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of stably supplying power energy by suppressing an energy loss, and capable of storing power energy once as potential energy with small-scale equipment without being limited in location.SOLUTION: This power energy supply system includes: a heavy structure 1; an energy storing device 4 capable of elevating the heavy structure 1 and storing the power energy from a power energy supply source 3 as the potential energy of the heavy structure 1; and a second power source device 5 for converting the potential energy of the heavy structure 1 to the power energy. The power energy is converted once to the potential energy of the heavy structure 1 and stored by lifting the heavy structure 1 through the energy storing device 4 by the power energy from the power energy supply source 3, and the potential energy of the heavy structure 1 is converted to the kinetic energy caused by gravity when necessary, and further, the kinetic energy can be converted to the power energy by the second power source device 5.
