FOAMING CLEANSING COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming cleansing cosmetic that performs both functions of an aqueous facial-wash and functions of a cleansing cosmetic and exhibits good foam formability and other foam-forming properties as well as excellent deterging power.SOLUTION: The non-aerosol type foaming cleansing cosmetic comprises, charged in a pump foamer container, a foaming cleansing composition composed of two layers of an emulsified layer and an aqueous layer and comprising 1-35 mass% of a surfactant, 5-60 mass% of an oily component and 10-90 mass% of water, each based on the whole composition, and forms foam by ejecting, by an action of a pump, a W/O/W type emulsion formed by agitation at the time of ejection.
