FOAMING CLEANSING COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol type foaming cleansing cosmetic that not only forms foam of good quality but also exhibits excellent foam retention and excellent foam-formability at a low temperature.SOLUTION: The aerosol type foaming cleansing cosmetic comprises, charged in an aerosol foam can, a propellant and a stock solution composed of two layers of an emulsified layer and an aqueous layer and comprising 1-35 mass% of a surfactant, 5-85 mass% of an oily component and 10-90 mass% of water, each based on the whole composition, and forms foam by ejecting, by an action of the propellant, a W/O/W type emulsion formed by agitation at the time of ejection.
