Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which has high occlusion properties, controls transpiration of moisture, excels in an emollient effect, and moreover, is excellent in an effect in which there is no stickiness after coating and which makes a wrinkle inconspicuous.SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes: (A) a polyethylene terephthalate powder having an average particle size of 1-30 μm; and (B) a compound in which carboxy groups of both terminals of an oligomer ester of a dimer acid and a dimer diol are esterified by isostearyl alcohol.
