Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful new fukinolic acid derivative having excellent hyaluronidase activity-inhibiting actions, and satisfying the requirement of a customer for ameliorating various kinds of diseases and health maintenance, to provide a healthy food and a cosmetic containing the derivative as an active ingredient, and to provide a method for producing the derivative.SOLUTION: The fukinolic acid derivative having the high hyaluronidase-inhibiting actions can be produced by extracting a terrestrial part, an underground part or mixed parts thereof, of at least one plant selected from the group consisting of Cimicifuga simplex Wormsk, C. Japonica (Thunb) Spregel, C. dahurica (Turcz.) Maximmowicz, C. foetida Linne and C. heracleifolia Komarov (Ranunculaceae) belonging to the genus Cimicifuga, with water, a hydrophilic organic solvent, or a mixed solvent thereof.
