Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve removing efficiency of magnetic particles while simplification of the apparatus is attained.SOLUTION: In a magnetic particle removing apparatus, a yoke 212 having a magnet 213 is installed in the lower part of a flow passage bottom wall 201 of a fluid to be treated, in a manner movable in the directions of the arrows A, B by an air cylinder 221. Between the magnet 213 and the flow passage bottom wall 201, a magnetic shield plate 214 is installed that has an opening 214a. When the yoke 212 moves in the direction A, the magnet 213 faces the opening 214a of the magnetic shield plate 214, and the magnetic particles j in the fluid to be treated near the flow passage bottom wall 201 are collected near the flow passage bottom wall 201. When the yoke 212 moves in the direction B, the magnetic force of the magnet 213 is shielded by the magnetic shield plate 214, with the magnetic attraction released, and the magnetic particles j that are collected near the flow passage bottom wall 201 are discharged. |
