PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device capable of surely elevating the temperature of a toilet seat at the point of time at which a user sits down to a target temperature while reducing a standby temperature so as to reduce the power consumption of the toilet seat device as much as possible in the environment even when the environment where the toilet seat device is installed is changed with time.SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes a toilet seat part installed inside a toilet room, a heating part for heating the toilet seat part, a sensor part for detecting the human body of a user on the outer side of the toilet room by radio waves and detecting that the user has entered the toilet room, a control part for controlling the heating part and the sensor part, a timer having a timing function, and a storage part for storing control information having information used for heating control of the toilet seat part. The control part executes the heating control of the toilet seat on the basis of the approach time from the detection of the human body of the user by the sensor part to the detection of the entry of the user to the toilet room. The control part corrects the control information on the basis of the approach time that changes accompanying the change of a time zone to which the time of the timer belongs.
