Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat device, in which even if a toilet seat having a cushion part is rapidly heated, the sitting surface thereof is prevented from being excessively heated, thereby achieving both comfort and energy saving.SOLUTION: The heated toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat having a heat generating part, and an elastic cushion part provided between the heat generating part and the sitting surface; and a control section for controlling the power distribution for the heat generating part to heat up. The device is characterized in that when raising the temperature of the toilet seat, the control section is configured to control, according to the heating history of the heat generating part from before a predetermined time, the amount of input power for the heat generating part to heat up.
