Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm which has various well-balanced characteristics required for diaphragms of speakers or musical instruments, thereby obtaining excellent acoustic characteristics.SOLUTION: The diaphragm includes a core member 2 comprised of an woody thin plate formed wavy, and front-side and rear-side liner members 3 and 3 each formed from a flat woody thin plate and adhered on front and rear surfaces of the core member 2. Furthermore, it is preferable that the core member 2 is formed to match a fiber direction of its woody thin plate with a direction of continuation of waveforms.
