Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smart grid power generation method utilizing an overcurrent such as an inductive current, electromagnetic waves and static electricity surge generated in an electric wire, a communication line, a sensor, a television, or an optical communication cable or the like by lightning strike or lightning to a photovoltaic power generation panel, outdoor/indoor illumination or an air conditioner, and its monitoring system.SOLUTION: The electric wire and the communication line laid inside a building are turned to shielded cables C, a similarly shielded ground cable is nearby-earth-connected to the rack or column 2 of a micro power generator 1 installed inside the building or its site, and the overcurrent such as the inductive current, received electromagnetic waves and the static electricity surge generated in the electric wire and the communication line by direct lightning to the illumination pole/utility pole of the site or the roof or outer wall of the building, lightning strike, lightning or static electricity to neighborhood is power-generated and stored through a transformer with a lightning arrester and a converter with a lightning arrester.
