PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucked medium collecting device which surely collects a sucked medium by properly preventing diffusion of the sucked medium, is operated with high energy efficiency, and promots energy-saving and emission limitation of CO.SOLUTION: In this sucked medium collecting device in which an air supply face A of an air supply device 1 and a suction face B of a suction device 2 are disposed holding a local generation source P of the sucked medium X therebetween, and the supply air from the air supply face is sucked by the suction face to collect the sucked medium, the wind velocity of outer supply air F from the outer end part b positioned outside the central part of the air supply face is determined to be higher than the wind velocity of central supply air, to form an air curtain surrounding the central supply air f from the central part a of the air supply face at least from both sides in the lateral direction.
