Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an elastomer composition foam having fine foamed cells simply and in large quantities.SOLUTION: A mixture is formed by melt-mixing 10-90 pts.wt. of an elastomer (A) and 10-90 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin (B), wherein the sum of (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt. The mixture is crosslinked and foamed to obtain foamed cells having an average cell diameter measured with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) of 50-3,000 nm. The elastomer composition foam contains the foamed cells, wherein the percentage of the foamed cells having a cell diameter of less than 100 nm is 30% or more in terms of number, and the density of the foam is 0.01-0.85 g/cm.
