Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the motion control device of a vehicle for reducing the error of estimated motion state quantity when the motion state of a vehicle is changed, and the estimated arithmetic operation of the estimated motion state quantity by an actual vehicle behavior observation device is interrupted.SOLUTION: An actual vehicle behavior observation device 302 includes a stationary value calculation part 302a for calculating a stationary value as the alternative value of an estimated arithmetic operation for estimating an estimated center of gravity slip angle β. Then, when the motion state of an actual vehicle is changed, and a discontinuous point is generated in the estimated arithmetic operation of the estimated center of gravity slip angle βof the actual vehicle behavior observation device 302, the actual vehicle behavior observation device 302 estimates the estimated center of gravity slip angle βby the estimated arithmetic operation using the stationary value to be calculated by the stationary value calculation part 302a as the alternative value.
