Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device preventing a gasket and a frame attached at a downstream frame body of a filter when inserting the filter from friction so as not to easily peel off the gasket, and suppressing a thickness increase of a fastening/fixing device while fastening the filter.SOLUTION: A filter device is provided with a fixed part 40 which has a first slide guide 51 and a second slide guide 52 able to guide a gasket 22 by supporting a first support member 25 and a second support member 26 of a filter 3 in a casing 2, separating the gasket 22 from an inner frame 90 and sliding the filter 3, and having notch parts 51R, 52R which make the gasket 22 abut on the inner frame 90, by dropping the first support member 25 and the second support member 26 when the filter 3 is inserted in a predetermined position of the casing 2, and plate-like fixing members 71, 72 for detachably fixing the filter 3, which is in the state of the gasket abutting on the inner frame, to the inner frame 90.
