Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogenation catalyst of a hydrocarbon oil of which a hydrodesulfurization activity is improved by using a titania coating alumina, to provide a method for manufacturing the catalyst, and to provide a method for hydrodesulfurization of the hydrocarbon oil by using the catalyst.SOLUTION: A method for preparing a catalyst for hydrogenation of the hydrocarbon oil includes a titania coating step of adding continuously simultaneously an aqueous solution containing an acidic compound aqueous solution containing titanium and an alkaline compound to a hydrosol containing hydrated alumina particles at a temperature of 10-100°C and in a range of pH 4.5-6.5, a cleaning step of cleaning and removing foreign ions, a molding step of molding after dehydration to such a moisture level as moldable, a first drying step of drying a molding carrier, an impregnation step of impregnating a catalyst components aqueous solution containing at least one component from each of compounds of the group 6 metals in the periodic table, compounds of the groups 8 to 10 metal compounds in the periodic table, phosphorus compounds and saccharides, and a second drying step of drying a catalyst. The hydrogenation catalyst prepared in the steps and the hydrodesulfurization method using it are disclosed. |
