PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report information relevant to data processing to users while storing data in a portable type memory means.SOLUTION: An image processing device is provided with a data input and output I/F 23 which transmits data to a memory medium 100, a charging device 22 and a charge processing unit 44 which perform necessary processing to charge for data processing, a memory processing unit 45 which stores object data of necessary processing for charging in the memory medium 100 through the data input and output I/F 23, and a display unit 21a which reports the charge processing status of the charging device 22 and the charge processing unit 44 in an any period from start to an end of data storing in the memory medium 100 by the memory processing unit 45.
