Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problems that observation by an operator during monitoring work is limited when there are many objects to be monitored in each of which an alarm is generated and restored in a short time, it takes a time and labor to perform retrieval for the pertinent object to be monitored every time from a history list image, and furthermore, recognition is difficult when the alarm is generated and restored in a short time in a time zone during which an operator is absent depending on building facilities.SOLUTION: History data of a monitoring control system are automatically retrieved, and a phenomenon of alarm generation and restoration in a short time is automatically registered as an item to be observed in operation management. Also, contents of the treatment of the registered item and the time limit of performing the treatment are registered and managed.
