MEDICATION INJECTION DEVICE FOR COOLING TOWER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medication injection device for a cooling tower, which senses an accurate operating condition of a cooling tower by maintaining a detected water level of circulating water at a level exceeding a threshold value or forming a water current in a fixed direction, even when an amount of the circulating water is reduced corresponding to decline in a load and thus, securely controls a medication injection pump, like an opening circulation cooling water system controlling the water amount in an inverter method.SOLUTION: The agent injection device for the cooling tower includes: sprinkling boards 15 each provided on a filler of the cooling tower and making circulating water to be cooled flow from sprinkling holes 14 opened on the bottom to a clearance of the filler; detectors 26 detecting the circulating water supplied to the sprinkling boards 15; and the medication injection pump controlled by a detection signal by the detectors 26. The detector 26 includes: a water receiving tank 27 receiving and storing part of the circulating water supplied onto the sprinkling board 15; and a detecting sensor 28 detecting the presence/absence of the circulating water stored within the water receiving tank 27 and outputting the detection signal. A drain hole 30 is provided in the water receiving tank 27.
