PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for management of room entry/exit, capable of accurately issuing, when some kind of abnormality occurs in an electric lock, instructions on how to resolve the abnormality.SOLUTION: A center apparatus 10 having a remote connection with a controller 7 and the like, includes: a door condition acquisition section 14 for acquiring, with the receipt of a signal of abnormality that is output from the controller 7 and the like and is concerned with the electric lock 4 and the like, a prescribed information memorized in a storage device 5 and the like of the controller 7 and the like, the information including the description of abnormalities concerned with the electric lock 4 and the like; an electric lock condition determination section 15 for determining, based on the prescribed information that the door condition acquisition section 14 acquired, a condition of the electric lock 4 and the like; an instruction section 16 for issuing, based on the determined condition of the electric lock 4 and the like by the electric lock condition determination section 15, an instruction on how to resolve the abnormality concerned with the electric lock 4 and the like; and a control device 12 configured to perform control of the door condition acquisition section 14, the electric lock condition determination section 15, and the instruction section 16 to let each execute an acquisition process, a determination process, and an instruction process, respectively.
