DIRECT DRIVE APPARATUS FOR BARREL OF PROCESSING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a transversal register correction cost necessary for a barrel, capable of independently driving a direct drive apparatus for the barrel of a processing machine.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to the direct drive apparatus for the barrel of the processing machine provided with a printing machine and/or a coating unit. Barrels are supported by bearings to a side frame, and disconnected mechanically from a drive device reacting gear train comprising barrels/drums for conveying printing material, and can be driven to a barrel (9) in a predetermined manner. The direct drive apparatus is disposed to a rotor (14) detachably arranged to barrels (6, 10) at the end part sides, and to the rotor coaxially, and is provided with a stator (15) detachably fixed to the side frame (13). The rotor (14) is connected to the barrels (6, 10) with the flange (25). The rotor (14) is connected to the barrels (6, 10) with a flange (25). A bearing (29) is arranged around the flange (25). An intermediate gear (26) is rotatably provided at the bearing, and is given with an input (27) from the gear train comprising the barrel (9) for conveying the printing material (9). Outputs (28) from the intermediate gear (26) to other component elements (7; 11, 12) are possible.
