Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination of a treated water taking-out line with chemicals.SOLUTION: A membrane module cleaning system includes: a plurality of common headers 40 for taking out the treated water each of which is disposed for each of membrane separation units 30; and connection joints 42a and 42b which are disposed at predetermined parts of each of the common headers 40. The membrane module cleaning system further includes: a piping connection device 100 which enables connection joints 110 connectable to 42a or 42b to be moved and connected to the connection joint 42a or 42b; chemical tanks 2100a, 2100b connected to the connection joints 110 via flexible piping 121; and a treated water tank 2000 connected to the common headers 40 via valves 50, 52. The piping connection device 100 connects 110 to the specified membrane separation unit 30 via the 42a or 42b, and closes the valves 50, 52 only when cleaning a membrane module 31 of the specified membrane separation unit 30 with the chemical.
