Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous web processing device capable of suppressing impairment of quality of a product caused by the instability of layer of a front girth part and a rear girth part in double-folding a continuous web having a crotch part with intermittently formed leg openings while conveying the continuous web.SOLUTION: A folding part 120 includes: a central guide part 121 extended in the direction of MD2 and abutting on the crotch part 13; a pair of side guide parts 122 abutting on the front girth part 11 and the rear girth part 12; and a layering roller 150 for layering the front girth part 11 and the rear girth part 12 on each other. The space between the pair of side guide parts 122 becomes narrower toward the downstream of the conveying direction. Terminal ends 122de of the side guide parts 122 are located further on the upstream in the conveying direction than a terminal end 121de of the central guide part 121. The layering roller 150 layers the front girth par 11 and the rear girth part 12 on each other further downstream side in the conveying direction than the side guide parts.
