Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep moving a nozzle even in such a case that in the conventional hand dryer where the nozzle is driven, when it is used again and again, fur, attached matter or the like adhere to a nozzle driving part to increase driving torque, and the nozzle gradually comes to stop operating.SOLUTION: After it is detected that the nozzle 5 is stopped, a next rotation number instruction value of the nozzle 5 is output so that the number of times of rotation is larger than the previous rotation number instruction value and the nozzles is forced to drive. Thus, the hand dryer can be continuously used again and again without decreasing drying capability with the lapse of time.
